I've been a certified personal trainer for 17 years now. Helping others to realize their worth is a passion of mine, and I've found that most people are capable of so much more than they realize! I care very deeply about the wellbeing of my clients, and I consider it an honor to help others improve not only their health but also how they see themselves.
I will show you how to perform exercises safely, while also making sure that you are getting the most out of those exercises. Programs are tailored to your needs specifically, including any current or previous injuries you may have. All session packages include a suggested meal plan to help you reach your goals!

No need to stress about this one! I'll just test your strength in a few different areas to ensure that your program will contain exercises that are safe but effective.

You'll always work harder when someone is there pushing you! Correct form is essential to getting the most out of your workouts, but most importantly, to keep you safe and prevent injury.

This is a huge part of the process! It's important to me to help you achieve not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind as well. I'll always be here as a sounding board to discuss how you're feeling about your workouts as well as the choices you are making with your nutrition.
